Terang Art Show

​

The Terang Art Show is a fantastic community art show organised and run by Terang College and the Terang Uniting Church.

​

Since the inaugural event in 1999, the biennial Art Show has raised funds to support student wellbeing programs and has provided encouragement and a unique opportunity for students to experience and try their hand at a variety of art mediums.

​

The Art Show showcases many local artists' work and also attracts talented artists from other areas to exhibit their work.

​

Junior students’ work brightens the walls and a very high standard of Senior students’ work is exhibited on the stage.

​

Showcasing the students’ art pieces attracts families to come along and enjoy their children’s creations as well as seeing the work of talented practicing artists'.

​

Visitors to the Art Show are encouraged to walk around in a relaxed setting to enjoy the Artist’s work while local musicians provide beautiful background music.

​

The Uniting Church ladies cater for the event, providing delicious morning and afternoon teas and tasty sandwiches and slices for lunch.

​

As well as featuring artists and student works, the Art Show features talented guest artists' and stall holders.
